Salesperson / Receptionist
We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable Salesperson/Receptionist to join our team. This position requires someone who can multitask, work independently, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced RV dealership environment. MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH).
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Follow up with financing applications through third-party banks
- Complete RV sales paperwork and customer documents
- Accept and process customer payments
- Assist with marketing and promotions on social media platforms
- Host TikTok Lives and create engaging online content
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales and delivery process
- Support daily office and sales operations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms, especially TikTok and Facebook
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Basic computer and office skills
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay:
- hourly plus commissions
- Commission paid for every sale and delivery made
