```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Fabricate and weld parts as needed
- Assist in supervising and coordinating contractors for larger repair projects
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to fabricate and weld parts as needed
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Ability to use a multimeter to troubleshoot
-Experience with three phase electrical systems
-Experience with PLC's
