The Role
We are looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team as an entry level Estimator and Showroom Associate. This is a great first step into the flooring and home improvement world. No experience needed, we will train you.
Some days you will greet customers in our Concord showroom and help them pick the right product. Other days you will drive out to a customer's home, take measurements, and put together an estimate. You will be the face of Redeemed Flooring both in our showroom and out in the field.
What You Will Do
- Welcome customers in the showroom and answer basic questions about our products
- Visit customer homes to measure rooms and gather details for estimates
- Prepare simple, clear estimates using our tools and templates
- Drive a company or personal vehicle to job sites across the Bay Area
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Support our installers and office team as needed
What You Need
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Strong, warm customer service skills
- Comfort using a phone, email, and basic computer programs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet during showroom hours
- Reliable and on time, every time
- A high school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Spanish fluency
- Experience in flooring, construction, or retail
- Comfort with basic math and measurements
- A background in sales or estimating
