Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both casual and fine dining settings.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Utilize Clover POS systems for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their selections.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple guests efficiently during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for banquets, catering events, or special occasions.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while adhering to food safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as clover POS is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
- Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is highly desirable.
