The Ideal Sales Associate
The ideal Sales Associate is someone who:

- Limits personal phone use to emergencies or designated break periods.
- Stays engaged on the sales floor by assisting customers, merchandising, organizing, and completing tasks rather than sitting idle.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing, styling, and fit.
- Create a memorable luxury shopping experience from start to finish.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including sales transactions, cash handling, and returns.
- Meet and exceed hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Upsell swimwear, accessories, and complementary products.
- Maintain beautiful merchandising displays and replenish merchandise throughout the day.
- Organize sizing runs and maintain accurate inventory.
- Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and stock management.
- Keep the boutique spotless, organized, and beautifully presented at all times. Daily cleaning of the sales floor, fitting rooms, mirrors, displays, counters, storage areas, and back stock is an essential part of this position.
- Support daily store operations and assist teammates whenever needed.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous retail sales, customer service, or fashion retail experience preferred.
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, and inventory organization is a plus.
