What You’ll Do
- Travel to and clean residential homes throughout Kalamazoo County.
- Arrive on time, ready to work, with a team-player mindset.
- Provide a high-quality, detail-oriented clean that exceeds client expectations.
- Deliver excellent customer service, creating an experience that makes clients want to stay with us long-term.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability: Dependable attendance is a must.
- Great Attitude: Service-minded, accountable, and a great teammate.
- Physical Ability: Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
- Communication: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
