420 Holiday Cannabis is hiring an Evening Shift Budtender to join our Kiln team. This role is an important part of our in-store patient experience during evening hours, where service, education, and professionalism matter most.
We’re looking for someone dependable, personable, and ready to grow with a fast-paced, patient-focused dispensary that values teamwork, consistency, and strong customer care.
Shift Details
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Must have consistent availability for evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide product education on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- Operate POS system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain full compliance with Mississippi medical cannabis regulations
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Support smooth store flow during peak evening hours
- Ensure every patient interaction is respectful, informed, and positive

- 24-hour monitored surveillance cameras
- Panic button systems throughout the store
- Established safety and emergency response procedures
- Staff training on proper security and incident protocols

- Willingness to learn product knowledge and compliance standards
- Team-oriented attitude with a calm, professional presence
- Cannabis or retail experience is helpful but not required
Requirements
- Must meet all Mississippi medical cannabis employment compliance requirements
- Must complete all onboarding and training before working independently
- Must pass required background and credentialing checks
- Completion of in-house CannaSchool training required prior to floor placement
