Lawn Doctor of Chattanooga is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors.
They treat lawns with the highest quality, environmentally sensitive products,making applications of fertilizer and pesticides to lawns, they aerate and seed lawns, mosquito/ tick applications, tree and shrub applications, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field. We pay for training and licensing. NO MOWING OR LANDSCAPING.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record,reliable transportation to work and a good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable.
Bonus for licensed individuals with GA/TN Pesticide and herbicide license (CO3) $500 ( half at start and half 60 days later)
Responsibilities:
Application of fertilizers and pesticides to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions. Assists in sales to current customers through contact on route.
1. Good written and verbal communication skills
2. Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
3. Experience in lawn care and customer service
4. Ability to operate machinery
5. Ability to meet production goals
6. Be able to lift 50 pounds
7. Pass a drug test if needed
8. Clean background and driving records
