We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians and skilled Apprentices with a strong interest and background in industrial and commercial motor controls. The ideal candidates have experience troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining electrical control systems and want to grow with a respected, established company.
Responsibilities
● Install, wire, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial and commercial motor control systems.
● Perform motor starter, VFD, relay, contactor, and control circuit installations.
● Troubleshoot electrical control circuits, motors, equipment, and automated systems.
● Read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
● Install and terminate control wiring, power wiring, and electrical components.
● Perform startup, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
● Work with industrial machinery, pumps, HVAC equipment, and commercial systems.
● Diagnose electrical issues efficiently and provide effective solutions.
● Perform commercial electrical installations, repairs, renovations, and service work as needed.
● Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites.
● Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members.
Qualifications
● Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
● Experienced apprentices with strong commercial or industrial electrical experience are encouraged to apply.
● Minimum 4 years of electrical experience preferred.
● Strong understanding of electrical circuits, motor controls, and troubleshooting methods.
● Experience with:
● Motor starters
● Contactors and relays
● Variable frequency drives (VFDs)
● Control transformers
● PLC-related wiring and equipment interfaces
● Industrial equipment troubleshooting
● Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and control drawings.
● Knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
● Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to quality workmanship.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
