Lead Bartender Wanted for Exciting New Restaurant in Saugatuck's Social District!
We are seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to join our team at a new restaurant opening in the heart of Saugatuck's bustling social district. As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, managing the bar during your shift, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This new restaurant is also fully owned by a bartender and chef duo.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, seasonal setting
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Proven experience in managing a busy bar and leading a shift
- A willingness to learn and adapt to our restaurant's unique style and culture
In addition to a competitive hourly wage of $12-16, our Lead Bartender will also earn tips, making this a fantastic opportunity to earn a great income while working in a fun and exciting environment.
As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for opening and closing the bar, managing the cash drawer, and ensuring all health and safety procedures are met during your shift.
