experienced Box Truck Drivers (CDL-B or Non-CDL) to join our Columbus terminal team. We’ve proudly served Ohio since 1981, offering reliable local and regional service — and we treat our drivers like family.

Pay & Benefits
Non-CDL Drivers:
- $22.00/hr + overtime after 50 hours at $31.50/hr
- Average $1,100/week (based on ~50 hrs/wk)
CDL-B Drivers:
- $24.00/hr + overtime after 50 hours at $34.50/hr
- Average $1,200/week (based on ~50 hrs/wk)
All Drivers:
- $57,000+ average annual earnings
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in increments beginning as soon as 2 weeks after hire)

Schedule & Routes
- Primarily Monday–Friday daytime hours
- Occasional weekend hours for extra pay
- Local & regional multi-stop routes — service many of the same customers daily
- Home every night
- Early morning retail store deliveries as needed (start times 3–6 AM)

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months of verifiable experience, in the last 3 years with no more than 3 employers, in a 24' - 26 box truck
- CDL-B or Valid driver’s license (Non-CDL)
- Live within 30–40 minutes of our Columbus terminal
- HazMat & Tank endorsements preferred; CDL drivers must obtain HazMat within a reasonable amount of time after hire (Rush reimburses)
- Valid DOT Medical Card & ability to pass DOT drug screen
- Clean MVR & CSA score (no 15+ mph speeding tickets; no more than 2 moving violations in past 12 months or 3 in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs unassisted
- Positive/Professional attitude & strong customer service skills
Wage Range: 22.00 - 24.00 per hour
