FTL Consultants is looking for personable, energetic individuals to join our Fort Lauderdale team as a Client Experience Concierge.
In this role, you’ll be focused on creating a positive experience for clients from their first interaction through continued follow-up. You’ll learn how to understand individual needs, answer questions, provide helpful information, and make sure each client feels supported throughout the process.
No previous industry experience is required. We provide paid hands-on training and continued coaching to help you build confidence and develop valuable client service and communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and communicate with prospective and existing clients
- Learn about each client’s individual needs
- Provide clear information regarding available services
- Answer questions and assist throughout the client process
- Conduct follow-up communication
- Help maintain a positive overall client experience
- Build professional relationships with clients
- Work alongside a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Participate in continued training and development

Pay: $72,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
