Job Duties

Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented, welcoming manner.

Greet all guests with energy, a genuine smile, positive body language-focused eye contact, and in a timely fashion.

Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations and documenting issues as needed.

Maintain company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and others

Remain composed and behave professionally during stressful situations and emergencies.

Inspect rooms for safety.

Assist with maintenance duties including unplug toilets, flip breakers, and turn water valves on or off.

Remove trash and snow.

Ability to frequently climb multiple flights of stairs and walk excessively
