Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate, working either the early morning shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately
- Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a focus on customer service problem-solving and guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct night audit procedures when working overnight shifts to ensure financial accuracy and reporting compliance
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures promptly and effectively during any incidents or safety concerns
- Support guest relations by offering personalized service, assisting with concierge services, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred, especially within hotel or resort environments
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance guest communication across diverse populations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest services standards
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems, reservation platforms, and property management software is advantageous
- Proven ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
