Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with medication reminders
Monitor client well-being and report concerns
Support clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other memory-related conditions
Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or healthcare
Experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia, developmental disabilities, or autism
Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
Ability to complete a background check
