The Director of Sales Recruiting leads NFIB’s talent acquisition strategy to achieve national field sales staffing goals. This leader manages a team of recruiting professionals, manages recruiting operations and vendor relations, partners closely with Sales Leadership and Human Resources, and ensures a consistent flow of high-quality candidates for a demanding outside sales role.
- Help grow and maintain field sales staffing levels to support membership growth.

Maintain a continuous flow of high-quality candidates for open work areas.

Lead, coach, develop and inspire the sales recruiting team.

Maintain a multi-channel candidate pipeline strategy focused on employee referrals, direct sourcing, local recruiting, and adjacent talent pools.

Maintain direct communication with vendors to manage job boards, staffing agencies, and other recruiting partners; negotiate and optimize ROI of the entire sourcing channel mix.

Design and implement modern sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns.

Help strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, including social media recruiting strategies and candidate engagement initiatives.

Compile and deliver regular staffing reports to Sales Leadership.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams on systems, processes, and compliance.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated success leading high volume recruiting functions for high turnover commission-based field sales or similarly constructed workforce environments.

Proven success managing recruiting operations and leading recruitment teams.
- Experience developing successful employer branding campaigns to support staffing activities.

Experience collaborating with sales leadership teams and cross-functional business leaders.
- Strong technology proficiency (i.e. Microsoft 365 tools, candidate sourcing technologies, Marketo email marketing platform, recruiting CRM platforms, recruiting systems/Applicant Tracking Systems, and Artificial Intelligence models).

Compensation - $110,000 - $140,000 plus bonus opportunity
