Local Lead Response is looking for our very first sales professional to help build one of Northern Virginia's fastest-growing business automation companies.
If you enjoy meeting business owners, building relationships, and helping companies grow, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
No AI or technical experience is required. If you know how to build relationships and close business, we'll teach you everything you need to know about our solutions.
This isn't a call center or a corporate sales job.
This is an outside sales role where you'll spend your days meeting business owners throughout Northern Virginia—not sitting behind a desk making cold calls.
You'll help businesses like contractors, home service companies, medical practices, law firms, real estate professionals, and many others save time, capture more leads, and grow using modern automation and AI-powered business solutions.

What You'll Sell
You'll introduce business owners to solutions including:
- AI Receptionists (24/7 call answering)
- AI Text Agents
- CRM Systems
- Automated Appointment Booking
- Email & Text Follow-Up Campaigns
- Lead Nurturing Automation
- Customer Re-Engagement Campaigns
These are solutions that help businesses stop missing opportunities and automate repetitive work.
What You'll Do
- Visit local businesses throughout Northern Virginia
- Start conversations with business owners
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve operations
- Schedule or conduct product demonstrations
- Present solutions and close new clients
- Build long-term relationships with local businesses
- Close new business and guide clients through the onboarding process.
You'll have the opportunity to build your own book of business while helping shape the future of our sales organization.
Compensation
We believe great salespeople should earn great money.
Compensation includes:
- $1,000/month performance-based base salary after successfully onboarding your first client.
- 20% commission on every setup fee you close
- Monthly recurring commissions on active client accounts
- Performance Accelerators – Earn higher commission percentages as you exceed monthly sales goals. The more you sell, the more you earn.
- Quarterly Performance Bonuses for top producers
- Leadership & Management Opportunities as we expand
There is no cap on your earning potential.
Our compensation plan is designed so that top-performing sales professionals have a clear path to earning $100,000+ per year while helping local businesses grow through AI and automation.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves talking to people
- Is confident approaching business owners
- Can build trust quickly
- Is self-motivated
- Doesn't get discouraged by hearing "no"
- Wants to grow with a startup
- Comfortable walking into local businesses and starting conversations with business owners.
Experience in B2B sales, merchant services, marketing, telecom, software, real estate, or business development is a plus—but personality and drive matter more.

- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Ability to travel throughout Northern Virginia

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
