As part of our multidisciplinary crisis services team, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through individual, family, and group therapy while collaborating with case managers, peer support specialists, and community partners to help youth achieve safety, stability, and long-term success.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $28.79–$44.47 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do as a Therapist
-
Provide individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and their families.

Complete clinical assessments, crisis evaluations, and individualized treatment plans.

Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions in both office and community settings, including mobile outreach when needed.

Collaborate with case managers, peer support specialists, respite staff, hospitals, schools, and community partners to coordinate care.

Support youth transitioning from psychiatric hospitalization and help ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.

Provide crisis intervention while promoting recovery, resilience, and family engagement.
Qualifications

Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.

Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).

Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.

Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.

Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
