ABOUT THE POSITION
This is much more than a traditional design position.
As our Residential Design Project Manager, you'll guide remodeling projects from initial design through production readiness.
You'll work closely with clients, designers, trade partners, vendors, and our production team to ensure every project is thoughtfully planned, fully documented, and ready for a successful construction experience.
Your work will help eliminate surprises, improve communication, and create an exceptional experience for both our clients and our field team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Guide clients through the design and selections process
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-up communication
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation
- Manage finish selections and specifications
- Coordinate with vendors and trade partners
- Assist with budgeting and pre-construction planning
- Track project milestones and action items
- Build production-ready project packages
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure projects are fully prepared before construction begins
- Help improve our systems and processes as we grow

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with meaningful professional experience and the confidence to guide clients through a detailed, multi-step remodeling process.
Strong candidates will typically have experience in one or more of the following:
- Residential remodeling or design-build
- Interior design or residential architecture
- Kitchen & bath design
- Construction project management or pre-construction
Because this role is deeply integrated with the design-build process, candidates with professional or significant personal remodeling experience will be the strongest fit.
We're also looking for someone who has successfully guided clients through a complex process requiring:

- Primarily office-based with regular client meetings, showroom visits, and project site visits
WORK LOCATION
Our office is located on Cleveland's west side, and nearly all of our projects are within 30 minutes of Bay Village.
This is an in-person position.
