Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team serving Marathon, Lincoln, and Langlade Counties.

Family Centered Treatment is an evidence-based, home-based trauma treatment model focused on strengthening families, promoting stability, and addressing intergenerational trauma. The team provides weekly individual and group supervision, ongoing training, and support toward Level 1 FCT Certification.
- Provide direct clinical treatment to children and families in their homes and communities
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 3–5 families
- Collaborate with schools, community partners, and support systems
- Complete documentation and treatment planning
- Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
- Provide rotating caregiver coaching support (1–2 weekends per quarter)
- Work a flexible schedule, including some evening appointments
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT)
- Related practicum or clinical experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
