We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all public areas, hallways, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain an organized cart with cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency during shifts.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and products used in industrial cleaning.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
