We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team . As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental professionals and providing exceptional patient care. Duties:
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
- Take and develop dental x-rays using <3D scanner> systems and other medical imaging equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records by documenting medical history, treatment plans, and procedures performed.
- Provide chairside assistance for various dental procedures including endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and other specialized treatments.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments according to industry standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies within the dental clinic.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in dental terminology, medical documentation, and dental assisting techniques.
- Experience working in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff members.
