Member Duties : With mentorship and support from the Massachusetts General Hospital Rural Medicine Program, empower and improve the quality of life for the Sicangu Lakota Oyate / Rosebud Sioux Tribe members and the rest of the community of the Rosebud Indian Reservation by: providing capacity development for the Sicangu Oyate health programs; supporting clinical systems strengthening for the Indian Health Service hospital and clinic; and planning and implementing health workforce development programs.
