Company Overview We are a growing, Jaipur & USA based business specializing in luxury home goods, specifically handmade wool and silk products, as well as premium cleaning, repair, and appraisal services. We are looking for a highly motivated, remote Customer Service & Sales Executive to act as the first point of contact for our US clientele, drive service sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Role Summary The Customer Service & Sales Executive will handle inbound inquiries, educate customers on our specialized offerings, provide accurate quotes for services, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have a polished telephone presence, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to seamlessly manage customer relationships from the first call to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, cleaning, or repair services to close sales.
- Quoting & Appraisals: Gather necessary details from customers to provide accurate pricing estimates for cleanings, repairs, and product purchases.
- Customer Experience: Deliver high-end, professional customer support. Resolve any customer concerns, process orders, schedule service appointments, and handle post-service follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, sales pipeline progress, and appointment details into our CRM system to ensure seamless hand-offs with the US operations team.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our inventory and service processes (including the care of wool, silk, and handmade textiles) to speak authoritatively with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in international BPO, customer service, or inside sales, specifically handling US-based clients. Experience in premium retail, home services, or luxury goods is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional, near-native English communication skills (both verbal and written). Must possess an active listening ability and a professional, empathetic, and persuasive phone demeanor.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of converting inbound leads, upselling services, and meeting sales targets without relying on aggressive "hard close" tactics.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM software, ticketing systems, and modern business communication tools.
Work Schedule & Setup
- Location: 100% Remote (Work from home in India).
- Hours: US Pacific Time Shift (Requires consistent availability during US business hours, which translates to Night Shifts in IST).
- Requirements: Must have a quiet, dedicated home workspace, a high-quality noise-canceling headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection with backup power capabilities.
