We are hiring two CDL-A drivers for our Super Solo Relay operation based in Midland, Texas.
This route was originally structured as a team run between El Paso and Dallas. We redesigned it into two individual home-daily routes. Each driver operates solo, completes a round trip, and relays the load to the other driver in Midland.
No team driving. No sleeping in the truck. Each driver returns to Midland daily.

Available Routes
Driver 1: Midland–El Paso Relay
- Midland to El Paso
- El Paso back to Midland
- Approximately 600 round-trip miles
- Home daily
- Day or night shift based on final assignment
Driver 2: Midland–Dallas Relay
- Midland to Dallas
- Dallas back to Midland
- Approximately 600 round-trip miles
- Home daily
- Opposite shift from Driver 1
The truck will be staged at the Midland FedEx lot, where the drivers will relay the load.
Pay
- $0.63 per mile
- Approximately 600 miles per shift
- Approximately $380 per day
- Approximately $1,890 per week based on five completed shifts

Basic Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Ability to safely complete an approximately 600-mile round trip
- Ability to work the assigned day or night schedule
- Dependable attendance and communication
- Must meet applicable DOT requirements
