The position offers a balanced work environment, with 2-3 days spent servicing vehicles and equipment in the field and the remainder of the time in our well-equipped shop. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.

Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.

Conduct diesel and small engine repairs as needed.

Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs efficiently.

Communicate effectively with the manager regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

Proven experience as a Mechanic.

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and repair techniques.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals.

Ability to weld and perform structural repairs as necessary.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
