KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Basic hand-eye coordination skills. Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of
methods and materials used in facility custodial work. Familiarity with custodial equipment. Able to finish
all routine tasks in time allowed.
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBIITIES: None
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Constant outside exposure to wind, rain, cold
and extreme heat and humidity. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to kneel, stoop, bend, push,
pull, lift, carry and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The noise level in the environment is usually
moderate.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 6 months of related experience and/or
training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 6 months to 2 years previous custodial experience in a professional environment.

NORMAL WORKING HOURS and DAYS: Full -time Nights. Nights, weekdays, weekends and
holidays will vary; 30 minute meal break if required; overtime as required.
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour plus paid sick leave, 401k+match, and more.
