Position: Inside Sales Representative

JOB PURPOSE
The Inside Phone Sales Representative position is primarily responsible for following up on EXTREMELY warm leads who engaged in the company's products and to convert them into customers. No cold calling here. Just big goals, huge earning potential, and the runway to make it possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Command the call and run 40%+ closing ratio
- Convert quality, pre-qualified leads into customers daily
- Daily review of the leads provided from the different sources and funnels
- Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
- Track and report on all leads within the pipeline
- Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team

- GED or high school diploma preferred. This is full-time Monday to Friday 9:30am to 7:00pm in Jacksonville, FL.
