Overview
We're looking for a dependable warehouse associate, who enjoys staying active and takes pride in getting the job done right. This is a fast paced, physically active position where you will play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the right tires on time.
Responsibilities
- Unload incoming tire shipments and organize inventory.
- Pick and pull orders accurately for retail and wholesale customers.
- Load delivery trucks each morning for daily routes.
- Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves efficiently and conducting regular inventory counts using data entry skills and inventory management tools
- Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying orders, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve workflow efficiency, and uphold high standards of customer service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, stock management, and order processing
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment and support customer service initiatives
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform physical tasks required in warehouse settings.
