Sayana Medical and Wellness Center is a functional medicine practice looking for a HIGHLY personable, experienced individual with the ability to handle back-office and front-desk duties.

Responsibilities include:
- Greeting Patients
- Answering phones
- Scheduling and cancelling appointments
- Taking vitals
- Drawing Blood & collecting urine samples
- Injections IM, SUB Q
- Recording chief complaints
- Recording medicine history/changes and entering them in our EMR system
- Assisting multiple providers
- Maintaining and cleaning exam rooms & clinic
- Checking out patients
- Prior authorizations
- Other administrative work related to patient care and follow-up.
- Answering questions on supplements and retail products ( will be trained on product information)
- Maintain the inventory system and stock products after deliveries
- Manage online sales orders and package them for shipping

Salary: $24-27 /hour (depending on work experience)
3 years of experience IS NEEDED!
