· Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, stock organization, reconciliation of inventory records, and investigation of inventory variances.
· Help maintain vendor relationships by providing timely communication, accurate information, and professional follow-through.
· Prepare purchasing reports, inventory updates, vendor information, and order status summaries as requested.

· Working knowledge of purchase orders, vendor communication, inventory records, order tracking, and basic procurement processes.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to review pricing, part numbers, quantities, order confirmations, invoices, and inventory information for accuracy.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel; experience with ERP, inventory, or purchasing software preferred.
· Strong communication and follow-up skills with the ability to work professionally with vendors, internal departments, and team members.
