Veterinary Technicians Needed Just North of Chicago
Please have basic Veterinary Technician skills: venipuncture, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, and client service handling. These are among the necessary skills for a great start at our hospital. Please inquire at your interview for more information.
Compensation for veterinary assistants in this role depends on experience, skill level, and education. $20.00 is the starting wage for basic technical skills for veterinary assistants (blood draw, client service, vaccine administration, etc.) and will increase up to $26.00 based on years in practice, skill set, education level. If training is required to gain basic skills, an entry-level wage will be offered at $17 per hour.
Certified Veterinary Technicians start at $26.00 an hour or more depending on experience and skill set. An advanced skill set is expected.
We are seeking professionals to join our team as Veterinary Technicians and experienced Veterinary Assistants. The positions are full-time and would offer 35-40+ hours per week.
