This is a hybrid position in our Honolulu office.
Responsible for the strategy, planning, execution and achievement of a $750,000+ annual fundraising, portfolio, consisting of at least one $500,000+ event which serves as a pipeline for major donor identification and cultivation. Oversees all aspects of event fundraising, including relationship management, sponsorship acquisition, volunteer leadership recruitment, pipeline development, donor cultivation, stewardship, and participant engagement. Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational goals, a high-impact experience, and achievement of ambitious financial growth targets.
Builds, sustains, and elevates high-impact relationships with key donors, sponsors,volunteersand community partners toensure revenue goal achievementand foster long-term engagement.30%
Recruits,engagesand mobilizes executives and leadership volunteers to support revenue plans, with a focus on event chairpersons, ambassadors, and event leadership teams. 20%
Ensures a best-in-class event experience through oversight ofcomplexplanning,logistics, brand positioning, budgets, and vendor relationships. 10%

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years successful experience in fundraising, corporateengagement,volunteer partnership,and relationship development
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Experience drivingrevenue through sales excellence –prospecting, identification, cultivation, solicitation, evaluation,stewardship– with a focus on large, multi-year partnerships.
The starting rate is $70,000 to $77,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
