What You'll Do:
As our Warranty Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing and submitting accurate warranty claims to Subaru of America, keeping detailed records, and supporting our service team in maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Preparing, submitting, and tracking all Subaru warranty claims
Verifying repair orders for proper documentation and compliance
Working closely with technicians and service advisors to resolve discrepancies
Following up on claim payments, denials, and resubmissions
Staying up-to-date with Subaru policies and warranty bulletins
Maintaining organized records and reporting systems
What We're Looking For:
Experience with warranty administration (Subaru or dealership experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
