Job Summary
Join our dynamic team at Puddle Pool Services as a Lead Pool Service Technician, where you’ll be the driving force behind maintaining sparkling, safe, and inviting pools for our valued clients. The Lead Pool Service Technician is responsible for servicing a weekly route while serving as the technical leader for the field team. Your expertise will help create enjoyable swimming experiences while maintaining the highest standards of pool care.
Duties
- Act as the primary technical resource for other field technicians.
- Assist technicians in diagnosing and resolving pool issues: green pools and algae treatments, water chemistry issues, equipment malfunctions, filtration and circulation problems, automation system issues
- Visit problem pools when additional expertise is required.
Service an assigned weekly route, including:
- Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning filters, skimming debris, and balancing chemical levels to keep pools pristine and safe.
- Conduct thorough inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues early.
- Maintain detailed service records of all work performed and communicate findings clearly to clients.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to protect yourself and clients’ property
Requirements
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as a pool service technician or in a similar pool maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues confidently.
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, chemical balancing, and routine maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic repair equipment required for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to keep accurate service logs.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
