Job Type: Part-Time (Fridays Only)
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Dental Assistant to join our team on Fridays! This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a consistent one day per week position in a welcoming, patient-focused dental practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms before patient appointments.
- Ensure instruments and materials are ready for each procedure.
- Perform instrument cleaning, sterilization, and organization according to infection control protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment throughout the day.
- Assist with operatory turnover between patients.
- Complete end of day closing duties, including sterilization and preparing the office for the next business day.
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience required.
- Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Dental Assistant certification required.
