Schedule/Hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 Pm (40 hours per week)
This position is responsible for:
Plans, directs, and supervises the day-to-day duties of assigned staff; trains and instructs employees in the proper methods and procedures; monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures; provides input to performance evaluations and the interview process.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions;

Duties are usually performed seated. Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking.

Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting, and carrying light objects (less than 25lbs), 5-10% of work time
- Work is performed in a normal office environment where there is little or no physical discomfort associated with changes in weather or discomfort is associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

Education and Experience:
-
High school diploma or G.E.D. required, with an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
AND
-
Two years of experience assisting those in a non-profit environment,
OR
-
Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
