We are a small, locally owned business serving wineries throughout Sonoma and Napa county. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on part-time delivery truck / warehouse associate to help with deliveries, warehouse work, and general support tasks. This role offers variety and a supportive, small-team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a box truck for local deliveries to wineries and related businesses
- Package and prepare wine industry products for delivery
- Load and unload deliveries and containers
- Assist with offloading shipping containers as they arrive
- Operate an electric forklift (training provided if needed)
- Help with general warehouse and shop tasks as needed
- maintain a clean and tidy work environment
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to safely lift and move boxes up to 35 lbs
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment
- Willingness to help wherever needed—not just driving or warehouse tasks
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus)
- Forklift, warehouse, or delivery experience
- Ability to speak a second language
- Computer skills, including basic data entry, inventory, email, and artwork processing
- Any additional skills (mechanical, technical, organizational, janitorial etc.)
Pay & Schedule
- Starting at $20.50 per hour . preferably morning
- Opportunity for pay increases based on experience, reliability, and additional skills
- Approximately 20 hours per week, with some scheduling flexibility
