Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, supporting the smooth operation of our food service activities. Your enthusiasm and commitment to cleanliness will help maintain our high standards of hygiene and efficiency across all dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies as needed.
- Support catering and banquet events by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup when required.
- Follow all food handling safety protocols to ensure sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Help maintain a clean kitchen environment by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Ideal schedule is 4-8 PM Daily.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or moving supplies.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
