Sales Consultant / Warehouse Associate Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$17.00 to $19.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 06:00pm)
-
Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and mandatory overtime as needed
-
Engage with customers to drive retail, new construction, residential, and commercial sales opportunities
-
Process sales orders accurately, including data entry and order management
-
Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and pulling inventory

Load and unload materials as needed while following safety procedures
-
Assist customers with product pickup and coordinate inventory movement between the showroom and warehouse

Operate material-handling equipment when qualified and authorized

Sales Consultant / Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales or retail sales
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-
Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications
-
Strong attendance record and dedication to work performance are essential

Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
-
Forklift experience and/or forklift certification preferred
-
Experience working in building materials, flooring, home improvement, or related industries is a plus
-
Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
-
Ability to safely work in both showroom and warehouse environments
