We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation and placement of employees & someone who is a problem solver. A staffing coordinator must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- 2 - 4 years of Home Care staffing experience
- Oversee all staffing needs and operations
- Support candidate screening and hiring processes
- Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
- Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
- Must be a punctual self-starter who is comfortable working independently or as part of the team.
- Ability to multitask, scheduling, prioritize, execute, and complete tasks in a timely manner is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills; critical thinker, excellent verbal and written communication.
- The ability to interact, establish credibility, and rapport with candidates is essential
- Administrative tasks included as per instructions.
Liaison between Consumer, Case Manager, Family, and Office

Pay: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
