Job Opportunity: Home Buying Specialist (Remote)
We are a dynamic, fast-growing real estate investment firm specializing in wholesale and buy-and-hold strategies. We are currently looking for a high-performing Home Buying Specialist to join our fully remote team.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our company and motivated sellers. You will be responsible for building rapport, analyzing property potential, negotiating offers, and guiding sellers to a successful agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer Management: Strategically craft and present competitive offers on behalf of the company.
- Negotiation: Masterfully negotiate terms to secure property acquisitions that meet our investment criteria.
- Closing: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, build trust with sellers, and secure verbal price agreements to move deals across the finish line.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding performance. You will be supported by a guaranteed base to ensure stability while offering significant upside for top performers.
- Structure: 20% commission + performance-based bonus structure.
- Earnings:
- Year 1: $60,000 (Guaranteed Minimum) – $100,000 potential.
- Future Growth: Unlimited earning potential exceeding $100k+ as you scale your results.
- Work Environment: Fully remote team with members across the U.S. and internationally.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Proven sales experience specifically within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong Consideration: Demonstrated success in high-pressure sales environments (e.g., Phone Sales, Door-to-Door, Telecommunications).
- Accepted: Retail sales or general high-volume sales experience.
- Entry Level: Exceptional candidates with a hunger to learn and no direct sales experience will be considered.
