CNC Field Service Technician
Mooresville, NC (travel to SC, NC, VA)
CNC Field Service Technician Description:
- Field Service Technician contributes to the success of customers by keeping their CNC machine tools running at peak operating levels. Travel is required to customer sites in NC, SC & VA to install, troubleshoot and repair CNC machines. If you have CNC training or experience, this would be a great fit.
- Full-time – 40 hours/week
- Hourly position with frequent travel, 3-4 nights per week

Field Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Install new Swiss CNC machines at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment – electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software
- Identify & replace parts as necessary. Test & make adjustments
- Read and review mechanical and electrical print diagrams and technical repair manuals
Field Maintenance Technician Requirements
- Previous CNC machining required – 3+ years; troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Comfortable working alone and with peers
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Monday – Friday, Occasional overtime, overnight travel required
