About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Representative / Account Manager to expand our service agreement and equipment replacement business. This role focuses on building strong relationships with building owners, property managers, and facility teams while offering solutions that improve comfort, reliability, and energy efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage commercial accounts (office, retail, industrial, medical, etc.)
- Sell HVAC preventive maintenance contracts, replacements, and system upgrades
- Conduct site visits and perform equipment assessments
- Prepare proposals and present solutions to decision-makers
- Manage leads, pipeline, and reporting through CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
What You Need
- 2–5+ years of commercial HVAC or B2B sales experience
- Strong knowledge of all major commercial HVAC brands (required)
- Experience with Carrier LCU products is a plus
- Solid understanding of RTUs, chillers, boilers, controls, and related systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CRM experience preferred
