What You'll Do:
- Schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians in real time
- Prioritize Emergency Warranty vs. Commercial Construction Jobs
- Communicate with customers on ETAs and job status
- Track technician locations, availability, and job progress
- Coordinate with parts/supply teams to ensure techs have what they need
- Maintain accurate records in our dispatch/CRM software
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of dispatch, logistics, or HVAC industry experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment
- Proficient with dispatch software, GPS tracking, or CRM tools
- Calm under pressure — especially during emergency calls
