HAPCAP's Head Start Program is seeking passionate and dedicated Center-Based Teachers to help prepare young children for lifelong success. As a valued member of our Head Start team, you will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment that supports children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Working in partnership with families and fellow educators, you will help provide high-quality early childhood education that empowers children to learn, grow, and thrive. These are full-time, 40-hour-per-week, 10-month positions serving children and families in the Logan and New Lexington communities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
- Applicants with an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field may also be considered.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschool-aged children.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Commitment to Head Start Performance Standards and providing high-quality early childhood education.
