Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems

Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.

Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components.
-
Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly
-
Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement).
-
Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles.
-
Clearly maintain regular communication with dispatch

Requirements:
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of HVAC, experience in commercial service is preferred
-
Possess a set of basic hand tools and an EPA 608 Certification
-
Must possess a hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
-
Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening
-
Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops).

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day.
