New England Hair Academy is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Director of Admissions to lead student recruitment and enrollment efforts. This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong communication, sales, and organizational skills who is passionate about helping students begin successful careers in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all admissions and enrollment activities
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process
- Conduct tours, interviews, and follow-up communications
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives
- Track admissions performance and enrollment goals
- Maintain accurate student records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with leadership, financial aid, and education departments
- Represent the academy at events, career fairs, and community outreach opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous admissions, recruiting, sales, or management experience preferred
- Previous knowledge hair and beauty industry is a plus
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to meet enrollment goals and work independently
- Passion for education and the beauty industry
