American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a PET Scanning position at an outpatient ambulatory clinic, requiring ARRT-N or NMTCB certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Outpatient ambulatory clinic setting in a PET Scanning department

Average of 13–17 patients per day
-
10-hour day shifts, Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
-
40 hours per week; 13-week contract
-
No weekend rotation and no call requirements

Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays

EMR: Epic

No floating required
-
Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience required

ARRT-N or NMTCB certification required

Current BLS required
-
IV start skills required
-
NC State Licensure is not required; license required if applicable

Last 4 digits of SSN and full DOB required for consideration

Minimum of 1 professional reference dated within the past year, from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Orientation consists of 3–5 days of departmental training depending on modality
