I'm a 28-year-old founder in Orem running a video production company. I'm building a serious life and a serious body. The bottleneck is I don't have time to cook properly and I want to train with someone.
I'm hiring ONE person who can do both: prep my meals AND train me. Part-time, $20/hour.
What you'll actually do:
- Meal prep 4-5 days a week of clean, high-protein meals built around my goals (testosterone optimization, muscle gain, steady energy, sleep quality)
- Deliver the meals to my place or office in Orem
- Train me 3-4x per week in-gym or at-home (you write the program, you push me through it, you log my numbers and progress)
- Track me. Hold me accountable. No excuses energy.
Who you are:
- Personal training certified (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Strong cooking skills, especially macro-conscious meal prep
- Reliable transportation (you're delivering food)
- Comfortable holding a high-performer to a high standard
- Honest, direct, low-drama
Bonus:
- Nutrition certification or background
- Experience working with athletes, executives, or other founders
- Familiarity with men's hormonal health and strength programming
Pay and schedule:
- $20/hour
- ~10-15 hours per week
- Start ASAP
- 90-day initial commitment, then we both reassess
